Possibly the best and good stay for a business trip. Absolutely great room with an electric kettle, a minibar and central heating, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Paid £ 47. Central location by public transportations. Also - adjacent to the conference centre, the train station and the city center and supermarket, bars and restaurants.

nothing too much trouble, the venue met standards, can recommend it. overall had perfectly pleasant stay for a last minute night in dortmund.

The room wasnice and neat. I got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a nice pink decor and was spacious. Proximity to public transport made it easy to explore the city. The early check-in option really eased my travel schedule. Even though the breakfast didn't cater to gluten-free options, I appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room. The lack of reception after hours and a sometimes noisy environment were points of concern. I felt slightly uneasy during late-night returns due to limited security measures in the area. If they improve on staff presence late and offer better soundproofing, this place could rank higher.

Absolutely underwhelming. Despite the hotel's claims, the bathroom door was broken, and my supposed complimentary coffee was mysteriously absent. How disheartening! One might have expected a little something extra for the trouble of the awful check-in process, but alas, nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. What a letdown.

The bathroom could use more toiletries.

The staff were very nice and amiable in case of questions. the location was central, unbeatable next to a U Bahn. It was so close to the central rail station, the center of the city and a good supermarket next door.
